IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY
REFRIGERATOR: Check-in day was most likely a check-out day for another guest. This means the fridge has been open for long periods of time today and cannot handle an overload of warm foods. Please leave items that do not need immediate refrigeration in the counters or in your coolers and avoid overfilling the refrigerator. It can take up to 24 hours for the fridge to cool down when filled with food.
AIR CONDITIONER: On very hot days (90+ degrees) please be aware that the A/C units will NOT cool below 20 degrees difference for the outside temperature. DO NOT set the temperature to a lower setting as the unit will freeze up and you could cause serious damage to the A/C unit! Turn on ceiling fans, lower blinds, and keep doors and windows closed. Do not operate A/C with the balcony door open. Do not set A/C below 70 degrees as this will cause unit to freeze up and may result in an additional charge to you.
TOILETS, DRAINS & GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Please do not use the toilets or drains for the following items as it will cause damage and clogged toilets and drains: oil, sand, cloth, glass, wood, plastic, grease, egg shells, seafood shells, sanitary napkins, diapers/wipes, hygiene products, socks, etc. Please run water before, during and after running the garbage disposal. Do not put shrimp peeling, fruit or vegetables skins, eggshells, bones, oyster shells or seashells down the garbage disposal.
FURNITURE & LINENS: Do not sit on indoor furniture, bedspreads, etc. with wet swimsuits or while wearing suntan oil/lotion or sunscreen. Please do not rearrange furnishings or move them to other properties. Do not wash white linens with colored clothes or beach towels. Removing makeup with towels, washcloths, etc. may cause stains that cannot be removed, and you will be charged for these damages. Blood on the sheets and/or mattresses are also considered irreparable damage that will result in additional charge.
SOFA SLEEPERS/FUTON & BUNK BEDS: Sofa sleepers/futons & bunk beds are best suited for children and may be uncomfortable for adults.
WHAT WE SUPPLY: The condo is fully furnished and includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, equipped kitchen. The condo is re-provisioned each year at the beginning of the rental season; however, we make no guarantee that all items will be in the condo during your stay. Please contact us if you feel something is missing that should be there. Bed and bath linens is provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each bath is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Please bring paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- ISSUES: Report all maintenance issues promptly. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other breakdowns could occur. Every effort will be made to correct the situation; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. Maintenance technicians and vendors may access the property for purposes of repairing previously reported issues.
- CONSTRUCTION: The continued growth of our area is evidenced by new construction that may be adjacent to or near existing vacation rental properties. You may reserve a property at a time when no construction is nearby, but construction could begin prior to your arrival. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations. Refunds or relocations cannot be considered.
